I was lying on my back in a sleeping bag looking up at the ceiling as I heard people snoring all around me. I still couldn't believe what had happened. I tried to leave the classroom to find my sister Claire but I bounced at the body of Becky Belfried as she blocked the door.
"Listen class, I know everyone wants to find their loved ones but if we don't stay together things might get even more confusing for us." Even though most of us argued the teacher wouldn't let us go. He locked the door and turned around to the wall and put the key somewhere we couldn't find it. Escaping through the a window was no option either, they were way up. So we had to spend the rest of the day in the classroom.
Several times we tried to look up at what the cause was but to no avail. The only news was of the mass hysteria, accidents happening and robberies taking place. It was like a mess out there. The teachers did their best calming everyone, but everyone was still in a shock. I still can't believe it when I look at my old body standing in such a girlie pose. It's like a nightmare which wouldn't end. The only good thing was when I learned that Claire was safe and in school, or to be exact in the body of Edward Johnson, one of the school jocks. At least she is safe.
We would later hear from principle Caldecott, trying to reassure is everything would be fine and for a safety precaution everyone would stay sleeping in the school. Tomorrow there would be meeting with the teachers to decide what to do next.
And so here I am staring up the ceiling. I tried lying on my chest, but having breasts doesn't make it feel comfy anymore. I tried closing my eyes thinking everything will be fine and everything will be sorted out. That was until someone tried to wake me up.
