That was a rewritten version of the intro monologue from the game "No more heroes". In the game, the (anti)-hero, Travis Touchdown, gets the 11th ranked assassin of the "United Assasassin Association", short UAA, after killing the prior number 11. He then goes on to kill the other ten killers above him because an agent from the association, Sylvia Christel, said if he became number one, she may spend a night with him.
The deal here now is pretty simple: After killing this other cat-girl, Mark(don't ask me how I got from Sylvia to Mark) grows Rena's breasts into B-cups, and she takes on his offer to defeat every member of the UBB(Union of Busty Babes) who were more developed than her - so everyone - , earning bigger breasts after each kill until she is the number one ranked beauty in the UBB.
