Day 31 Laura's first steps as a a sales rep

Laura became the companies youngest sales rep and was placed directly under you. You felt very relieved at the news cause you figured she would be a big help and be able to lift most of your burden from you, And for the 1st two weeks you were right she followed your lead and advise, did most of the paperwork, and listened quietly as you met with clients. Then after those two weeks, when you were about 4'8" a potential client decided to mock you about how your company sent someone of such small standing. Laura quickly stepped in on your defense and quickly won over the client. From there things still went well with Laura and you changing into a partnership instead of teacher/student.

Then a week later at 4'5" your size made you unable to be ready on time and missed two morning meetings.When you arrived you find out Laura had both meeting and they turned out better than expected which put her in the leader position. Soon you started being removed from the meeting altogether and sent out to get the paperwork or just her cup of coffee it even got to her making you polish her shoes for her to meet with your old clients. You became Laura's PA in every way except title then...
