When you fell into her boot, you slid down the top of her foot until you hit the toe section of it. When you tried to get up however, her foot moved as she walked over to the cooler, causing you to slide underneath her foot as she moved. But you managed to grab onto her toes before you slid too far, leaving only your legs trapped underneath them.
When she made it to the cooler, you could hear her talking about something, but couldn't understand it from inside her boot. While she wasn't moving, you decided to get a better grasp of your situation. Your legs were still underneath her foot, and moving them didn't seem to be an option right now. In addition, her feet seemed to be sweating a lot, as you could tell from the stench.
But it didn't bother you that much at all. In fact, you were kinda digging the smell as her foot sweat started leaking from her socks and onto your body. You were also enjoying the toe on dick action she was giving you unknowingly. Every time she flexed her toes your dick grew larger, and more pre started to form as well. It was enough to make you wish she never noticed you were in her boot.
Then came more movement. Her foot lifted up again, forcing you to hold into her toes tightly again as her foot came crashing down on top of your legs. But because she landed with her heel first followed by her toes, it didn't hurt nearly as bad as you thought it would. But the pain was still there nonetheless, and strangely enough, your dick was still rock hard even through the pain that was being inflicted on your body.
After a few moments of her walking, she soon came to a stop as you assumed she took a seat once again. Now she crossed her legs with the boot you were in, giving you enough room to move your legs out from underneath her toes. Unless you really were starting to enjoy your life inside her boot, then you could stay where you were.
Or better yet, you could let go of her toes and just slide underneath her whole sweaty socked foot and become her personal insole for as long as she wouldn't notice you, or until she trampled you to death. Whichever happens first.
