Having already realized that there's no way anyone's going to believe your story without some sort of proof, proof that you're currently unable to provide, you decide it'd be best to keep your knowledge of the changes to the world to yourself. Doing your best to try and brush off your strange behavior, having no desire to visit the hospital, or worse yet wind up stuck in the loony bin, you reply "I, I think I'm alright now, just a little confused is all. Just weird, super realistic dreams I suppose."
"Uh huh. And I suppose drugs and alcohol had nothing to do with it?" Cynthia sternly inquired.
Sweating a bit, in order to make your story seem more believable you sheepishly replied "Uh, well... there might have been a little alcohol involved."
"Yea, I thought as much. I'm going to have to punish you, you know that right?" your stepmother answered.
Hanging your head you sighed. "Yea, I know. What sort of punishment are we talking about?" you inquired.
Thoughtfully tapping her chin with one finger Cynthia replies "Hmm, good question. I think _____________________."
