Raymond sits back, folds his arms, and says, "Danny, let's not make this hard. This is the direction corporate wants to go after that mess we had with the sexual harassment thing. They want more females in visible in upper positions. If you go without a fuss I'm willing to give you all your sick and vacation time you have acumulated. That's nearly three months.
