The 6th spell is straightforward. It gives you a skin and a golem when you use it on someone. However, this means this skin can only be restored once you put the golem in there. Therefore this makes the person you use it on your golem, whether they like it or not. Harry is very iffy about removing people's free will, and will try to seek a way to reverse this change. (The solution being either to put the golem in a blank skin i.e, a 1st spell skin but without any human DNA in it, or to use the later 9th spell on the skin/golem combination) Otherwise the golem just works like a normal golem, though it has its name carved on it.
The 7th spell is way more fun. After having used the 6th spell, in exchange for one pound of dirt and the DNA of its master, it golemifies a skin (recognizable by the brown-ish dull color inside of the skin) If this skin's "Master" wears it, it doesn't golemify them, but if anyone else wears them, they effectively become them. Very useful to perform switcheroos really fast. The skin must be worn to work though.
The 8th spell is a test. A blank page falls out of it when you get there, and the rest is just the usual unreadable ever-changing writing. What you must do is use the second spell on the book, affix its memories to the blank page via the third spell and then use the 7th spell on it to golemize it, and then put it back on the book. It will give you a message of congratulations from a mysterious Theseus, then reveal the 9th spell.
The 9th spell has 3 uses. 1) when used on a 6th spell golem/skin combination, it turns them back to normal. 2) if you use it on another skin with a golem inside, a clone of the spell's user forms inside the skin. If Harry uses it then it has the mind of Harry, the deeply held conviction that it is Harry, and, of course it's also a Voldemort horcrux. You can deflate it by using the 5th spell, but there's no golem inside afterwards. 3) if you use it non-verbally on another person, and in exchange for 3 pounds of dirt, you get a red golem. Once put in a skin it acts like the person it was modeled after, thinks they are this person, and cannot be controlled.
