The Red Woman and the Armies

Lady Melisandre, the Red Priestess and servant of the Lord of Light stood nude before a large fire in her chamber. Her long, flowing red hair glimmered powerfully in the firelight, even her somewhat trimmed bush seemed to radiate power. She poured the blood of sacrificed victims from a stone urn in her hand into the fire. The Lord of Light demands a sacrifice, as Stannis demands victory. She smiled as the blood hissed in the flames. She muttered an ancient incantation as the flames soared up around her.

Two large Stark and Lannister forces were massing nearby for a battle. With this one ritual, she hoped that the Lord of Light would grant her the power to crush both of them. With the ritual complete, Melisandre lay down, nude, on her bed to await the ritual’s completion.

Ser Cion Lannister was in his tent, reading reports from scouts. He was tall, well built and clean shaven. A Stark force was approaching them through the large forest they were camped in. He had ordered his men to prepare defensive measures in case of an attack during the night. He motioned for his squire to come to his side when suddenly the ground shook beneath them and they were enveloped by a blinding red light.

Melisandre glowed with warmth as she felt the ritual near completion. She rubbed her hands down her body sensually as she felt the power of the Lord of Light at work. She suddenly stopped and her eyes snapped open.
Where had the two armies been transported?
