She stands at the edge of the pond and looks down into it seeing no Pokémon in the water and a reflection of herself.” Well time to say goodbye to the old me” she steps into the water and goes under the water making a note to herself that it feels warm and refreshing in here. Also wondering how she never heard about this until now.
She swims back up taking a deep breath.” Ok I think I did what I needed to so let’s see if it works” she swims to the edge of the water and steps out when she looks down she sees….
