Dr. Obesus had already thought about using the belt on a few of the sidekicks. I mean what better way to get revenge on those heroes then to mess with there sidekicks. But before he even completed his belt he got word of a weapons dealer looking to use his belt. But wanted to see it in action.
Dr. Obesus pondered on this and figured it couldn’t hurt to bring him with him to the test run. He reached out to him and learned he was a high profile business man from Japan who ran an underground weapons ring. The man agreed to meet the doctor the day he was going to use the belt. The doctor just needed to decide on who to use it on, and he just just the group in mind…
