Tam woke up with the P.E. teacher giving her CPR. Supposedly she slipped on a puddle and went face first into the toilet, where she actually drowned in dirty piss and shit filled toilet water. The smell coming out of her mouth was venomous. Tam was taken to the nurses, that was when her step-mother and only legal guardian Lola, came in. Tam's father had married Lola soon after Tam's mother passed away from complications in child birth. Tam lost her father years later from a heart complication and since Tam was fully adopted by Lola when Lola married Tim, Tam's father, Tam just continued living with her step-mom like she was her real mom. Lola was also extremely protective over Tam, she treated Tammy like a baby before, now she will be absolutely domineering.

Lola, "Oh, baby, are you alright?" Tam, "Yeah I'm fine just slipped." But she wasn't fine. Connected with the gender change from the previous dimension was the stipulation that that Lola would craft a life for female Tim that led her, the new Lola, to make Tam a literal diaper slave.

The change will happen slowly and this brain trauma is just the start.
