"Well, I really can't wait for him to come back, I'm on a tight schedual, so I'll just tell him we'll have to reschedule." She'd say to herself as she glanced on her notepad, gently tapping her pencil against it as she continued. "Might as well send the next patient in, who was it again?"

Too much booty.
A 23 year old asian lady with a exaggerated pear-shape bodytype along with a monstrous bubble butt who has a constipation issue.

Sticky situation.
Choice Two: A 21 year old black lady with an hourglass-shaped bodytype (slightly heavier in the butt department), with insufferable BO who sweats rivers for no apparent reason.
