You are scratched off and fall

As you watch her fingers scratching her nipple you suddenly feel a nail on your back. No longer being stuck to the pink flesh you fall down onto the towel. Your head hurts a bit but otherwise you're fine. You scratch your head and turn around. Looking up you see that the woman noticed that you're moving and squints her eyes to determine what you are. You can't really do much so you just stand still looking her in the eyes. Suddenly she stops scratching herself and moves her hand towards you. She carefully picks you up between two fingers and moves you in front of her eyes. Her eyes alone are gigantic to you and even though she's squinting you can see that she has dark brown eyes.
She suddenly opens her eyes but keeps staring at you. She then whispers to herself: "A tiny human. This can't be, but I'm seeing him right in front of me", which you can still hear quite clearly. She continues with a slightly louder voice: "Hello tiny person. Would you explain to me how you became so small? Or were you born this small?" She then tilts her head so that her ear is right in front of you. She should hear you if you shouted your answer to her.
