You continued eating the food. This "meal" wasn't nearly as tasty as the feast you had back when you were normal sized at the restaurant but when you're at this size and around people like this, you have to take what you can get.
Eventually the two of you finished and remained sitting on the table, waiting for the giant woman above you to finish her meal. You briefly watched her scarf down her meal, thankfully she was not nearly as careless with her food as her daughter is but things might be different when she devours tiny humans. The thought of it makes you shiver and the thought of this feast that was going to happen was even worse.
"Hey...", Shara whispered over to you, snapping you out of your train of thought, "...you alright". "I'm fine, as fine as you can be when all of this happens to you", you respond. "Look, if you think she's going to hurt you she won't...", Shara says gesturing up to Elizabeth. "...you are her daughter's property and the future leader of her people", Shara says trying to cheer you up. "You mean she's going to have her own miniature city ?", you say concerned.
"Of course, and you'll get to rule it. Who knows, maybe your lady friend will join you.", Shara says teasing you. "She's not..." "Well, it looks like you two are enjoying each other's company", Elizabeth said killing the mood once again. "That's a good thing, the two of you are going to see each other frequently after today's feast", she say before pushing her now empty plate aside. The scratching noise that the plate made against the table was hell on your ears but you doubted that Elizabeth cared.
"You...", the giantess pointed at you, "...I don't know who shrunk you but you are too small to be of any use to my daughter; you couldn't effectively be her servant and you'd hardly qualify as a snack", she says keeping her demeaning tone. Elizabeth then reached underneath the table to reveal her own shrinking device, nearly identical to the one Bethany has.
She then took aim... right at you.
You were frozen in place, shocked at what she planned to do. Didn't she just say that you were too small ? Why would she want to shrink you down even further. You could hear Shara begging her mistress not to do what she was about to but it was too late, all you could see was a bright light as Elizabeth took her shot.
Your eyes slowly opened again, you took note of the world around you not really feeling like it was much different from before. You turned on your back to see Shara looking down at you but something was off. She looked normal sized... to you at least.
"Are you okay ?", Shara asked before offering you a hand to help you stand up. When you did you realized that you weren't shrunken down further, you grew. Now you stood at about Shara's height, something you weren't expecting today. How was this possible ? You thought that only the shrinking device that you used could bring you back to your original size.
"It's the newest advancement in our growth technology, it's only a matter of time until we return to our true size", Elizabeth said enjoying the awestruck looks on your faces. "Don't be afraid, if it's any consolation I will see to it that my oaf of a husband doesn't grow with us. He will be out of the way and then it will just be me and my precious Bethany left to rule the world", Elizabeth said.
"But that's not important right now, what matters is that we... "
