This choice: Azu wakes up feeling just as good... • Go Back...Chapter #3...But just how huge, exactly? by: Willum   For the first time in as long as she could remember, Azu woke to the sound of her alarm the next morning feeling completely conscious. Wide-eyed almost instantly, she suddenly remembered the events of last night. The pleasant feeling she fell asleep to was still just as present. To put it simply: Azu felt alive.
Usually, Azu would prefer to lie in bed for a short while before getting up, but this morning she had no such desire.
"Maybe this app really is the real deal...?" she pondered, as if her train of thought from last night was unbroken. Somewhat excitedly, she pulled her phone out from under her pillow, where she left it overnight to charge and to wake her up in the mornings. She instantly noticed a new notification from the app.
"New update! Tap here to continue your progress", the notification read.
Azu had "tapped here" before she'd even finished reading the text on the screen. The app quickly sprung to life, as if it was as excited as she was.
"Congratulations, you've already made progress since downloading BodyMod!", the new start screen read. "If you haven't taken a look in the mirror yet today, we invite you to do so now."
Without a second thought, Azu spun on her heel to look into the full-length mirror mounted on the wall behind her, threw her shirt across the room, and pulled down her trousers.
Her jaw nearly dropped.
Gone was the almost lanky form of Azu's body, looking slim but at the same time weak, fragile and unhealthy. Her ribcage was no longer even slightly visible. In place of these features that had haunted Azu for years were things much more pleasing to her eye.
Her stomach now looked firm and slightly toned, with just a hint of a crease in her skin, slightly showing her never-seen-before abs. Her torso had more shape, her waist appearing slightly narrower and her hips slightly wider. Moving down, her once stick-like legs now had noticeably thicker thighs with hints at the muscle beneath the skin, but still with an overall slim appearance.
What Azu was most stunned by, however was her arms. Before, her skinny arms looked frail, as if she could barely lift a couple of kilos, but now they looked strong. Certainly not bodybuilder-level strong, or even athlete-level strong, but there was definitely more bulge around her upper arms, and upon flexing them, Azu noticed them bulge ever so slightly more.
Stunned, Azu could not help but stand in front of the mirror, staring dumbly at herself with an open mouth. She looked stronger, she looked healthier, she looked bigger. She looked sexier, and she loved it.
With millions of possibilities flying through her head, Azu quickly went back into the app, and pressed "Continue" underneath the text.
"This is only the beginning of what BodyMod can do for you", the text read. "In fact, there are already more customisation options for you to choose from. To continue, please scroll down and make your choice."
"This is too cool..." Azu said aloud, her voice and hands shaking with excitement. Scrolling down as instructed, she realised she had a huge grin plastered on her face...
"Option 1: Hidden Power!
This option will allow you to continue to gain strength, with very little or no change to your current appearance. Surprise everyone by making them watch that skinny girl they know lift a car above her head with one arm!
Option 2: Female Power!
This option allows you to continue to gain muscle mass and strength as you just have, while retaining a desirable, curvy, feminine appearance. You'll be the perfect combination of beautiful and powerful!
Option 3: Limitless Power!
This option removes any limits or restrictions, and allows you to gain as much muscle as you like. You'll eventually appear large, chunky, intimidating, and bulging with muscle, and your physical strength will be unlimited in potential for improvement!
