Item hunt

You carefully comb the route looking for items. No potions but you find some strange gems. The route itself seems rather short and uneventful. Then a novel idea strikes you. You could go see what lies outside the route, into the forest. Lord knows what secrets that holds. Then again the route is a safe place to train. On top of that you are curious about the next town.
