You are Enzo Nguyen (Codename: Cutter) a 19-year-old man of Southeast Asian (Singapore and Vietnam) descent that is a rare mutant variant of super human who makes use of his powers for his job and is the most responsible of the super powered individuals of facility 2.
Appearance: Your physical appearance can best be described as an inhumanly sexy bishōnen because of having an androgynous face that would effortlessly classify as being perfect ulzzang along with possessing soft and smooth rather "feminine" looking features everywhere else, absolutely no hair anywhere except for eyebrows, eyelashes and hair on scalp, you are 6'3 in height, and have a flawless athletic build on your ectomorphic body. You naturally have absolutely perfect bilateral symmetry. You are found infinitely attractive to pretty much everyone, regardless of sexuality. Your navel is a vertical innie. You are well endowed, especially for someone of your country, with an uncircumcised dick that is 7 inches when flaccid and 12 inches when erect. Your scrotum is near the length of your flaccid dick when detracted and is completely round, regardless of whether or not they are retracted. Your feet are a narrow shoe size 13 with medium arches and an Orient toe arrangement. You have perfect porcelain skin even despite your age that is quite dark because of tanning which is only proven to others by your tan line that both shows your original significantly paler skin color and reveals to others that you wear a thong when tanning, and yet your soles and palms are even paler still because they are so pale that they are almost white by comparison. Because of being a mutant super human, your monolided eyes have irises that are a strikingly vivid violet and your elegantly unkempt long and wavy scalp hair is naturally bright green while your slender eyebrows and long eyelashes are black. Because of these attributes you have given yourself a rather punk appearance to match by sporting piercings on your left eyebrow (3 rings), right nostril (stud), tongue (barbell at vertical angle), both nipples (captive bead rings at horizontal angle), navel (barbell at the lower rim vertically), foreskin (captive bead ring at bottom center vertically) and scrotum (as scrotum ladder with all barbells at a horizontal angle). You pretty much always wear outfits that expose your midriff. To avoid manipulating people with your perfect looking face, you often wear things that help in obscuring it. You have contortionist level flexibility that allows you the ability to get 10 inches of your erect dick down your throat even without having to take off your head.
Powers: Your were born with the power to telekinetically cut anything with little to no exceptions if you have any at all while also being able to cleanly sever, manipulate, and reattach body parts of both yourself and others. Though you can still feel and control your body parts when they are separated, you lose the need for bodily necessities to survive and could halt your aging process indefinitely as long as at least one body part remained detached. With this power you also hold the terrifying potential to be one of if not the most powerful super human to ever exist in the multiverse due to not only holding the potential to cut yourself into multiple concepts (such as Maria's cloning abilities), make portals by slicing into the very fabric of reality itself (such as Roy's portal abilities), sever the very concept of ever aging or even getting killed (such as June's Immortality), and the ability to truly detach your own body parts (which Lee can do with his clay based powers and Jessica can do because of using your DNA sample mixed the sample of other super humans with detaching powers such as Lee and Roy in her experiment), but you could also be able to sever all of your limitations, remove the other super human's powers by severing them from the super human's body, create an apocalyptic extinction event by severing everyone's soul from their bodies that would cause the instant death of everything with a soul (except you since you would survive such a separation since you are immune to the dangers of your own powers), or even worse still eradicating the entire known multiverse by shredding all mutable reality into oblivion. You also have the passive ability of infinite beauty that probably came because of being a mutant. You were given a watered-down version of June's powers because of being injected with her DNA sample which resulted in both a marginally better recovery to every other form of damage than what you originally could take and also improved your agelessness so that you are age locked even with all your body parts attached.
Personality and Behavior: You are extremely ticklish in your neck, nipples, armpits, ribs, belly, butt cheeks, perineum, entire dick (including scrotum), thighs, back of knees, and soles. You are a heterosexual that has no issue with using your own detachable body parts to masturbate. Religiously speaking, you are a loyal Christian that wants to remain a virgin until you are married. You are very intelligent with an extensive knowledge on many scientific topics such as biology, cognitive science, and chemistry as well as know how to speak, read, and write in English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil, and Vietnamese (You have a standard Singaporean accent when you speak). You often use your slicing powers to perform surgeries on people with no casualties. Complimentary to this, you are a clean freak that always ensures your home and working environment are spotless to the extent that you will cut all the filth out of your premises. Your obsession with cleanliness might be attributed to having OCD which you were diagnosed to have at a young age, this mental disorder of yours can also be seen with your always going for a clean cut because failure on doing such things would frustrate you to no end. You are the voice of reason among the super humans to the point of being viewed as a killjoy to the more irresponsible people in facility 2. You can be quite snarky to anyone you see exhibiting even an ounce of stupidity or impulsiveness. Unlike with Brad, you have no issues in using your looks to manipulate people into doing what you want, especially if they won't do as you ask otherwise. This behavioral trait is most likely attributed to your rather pragmatic tactics on achieving what you want, which luckily is often in understandable, if not completely justified, situations. Your overall personality can be best described as a Byronic hero only with the cynicism replaced with philosophical realism, the cockiness being toned down to the point of merely being understanding of your own power and capabilities, and being a master schemer making multiple plans on the fly to achieve your goal of forming a super team of your own that will listen you without you having to resort to manipulate them with either your naturally sexy appearance or your scary powers. Because of your pragmatic behavior, you will cut away any effect impeding manipulations from being able to influence your goals. You secretly always wanted to join the other superheroes, which is why you let information about your surgical achievements leak instead of cutting any memories of your feats out of every single witness, and is yet another reason for your devotion to your cause. Because of your past trauma, you are hesitant about making friends or even forming a family of any sort because you don't want to feel the loss of anyone close to you ever again. Of all the super humans, you are the most loyal to the employees of facility 2, which is to their benefit since you are probably the only super human in the underground facility that is pretty much unstoppable. The first of the known super humans you successfully formed an alliance with is Jessica O' Hare (Codename: Pull Apart) because of both having been the first person from outside your home country of Singapore that you met and have been working with her both when you worked with her on understanding mutant super human anatomy along with giving her a sample of your DNA (via blood) and after joining facility 2, working with her as a colleague.
