Unlike in the original episode I want Melanie to

1: have growth spurts/spells
2: eventually grow bigger than the 30 some feet she did in the episode
3: unlike the show keep on getting bigger/growing as long as someone is willing to keep the story line going. At the very least I'd like a few planets outgrown before anyone considers ending or she gets shrunk down
