3) Chihiro is a waiter for a fancy resturant who wished to be tickled, when he was a little kid(from 6 up until his was 12), his babysitter always tickled him because Chihiro always disobeyed him, ever since then, he wanted to be tickled, his personality is bubbly, friendly, trustworthy, optimistic, but he can get sad real easily, he's also very clumsy and gullible.

Chihiro's appearence includes dark green hair and eyes, slightly pale skin and his outfit is either his work uniform with is a tuxedo with a red bow tie but here, his outfit is a black jacket with tan fur lining on the edges(this is based off Izaya Orihara from Durarara!! Everything else, is NOT) this jacket is zipped up, under the jacket is a white t-shirt that says, "I woke up like this", he has ripped blue jeans and black sneakers, he doesn't wear any socks.
