A hooded human appears and saves you!

As the accursed butter cup pondered your surely insufferable fate, a glint appeared in the distance and with blinding speed a flash of cold steel severed the foul foliage of the cruel flower's grasping leaf/vine, freeing you from the plants binding.
So your earlier assessment was wrong, someone did come!
But wait, with the floura's feeler cut free you found yourself slowly descending to the ground below.
Your now pained and perturbed attacker fled swiftly before further trimming could occur, flashing you a quick glare before their face disappeared beneath the terrain.
As you hit the ground something strange happens, the ground fell with you. Wait, now you're going back up? But the ground is still with you? It couldn't be the ground, the color is all wrong. It was the strangers hand, they caught you! As you ascended you were brought to the stranger's face. As you stared into their strangely familiar face you thought to yourself,
"How can someone so plain be so cute!?"
The hooded human introduced themself, "Greetings stranger, you've met with a terrible fate haven't you?" you hear a soft chuckle under their breath "My name's _____, what's yours?"

Chapter end, meta time. I'll just throw in sex too, not enough combinations to justify not doing so. Still, follow the curators rules and use gender neutral language until required by the reveal. Though they could do so without it, I grant the curator, Durpus, consent in regards to editing this addition however they wish so long as any changes made are distinguished from my paltry writing. Changing the meta time segments is never endorsed, but full erasure is allowed.
