Bio: Inspired from the Japanese icon, Godzilla, Botzilla was built in 2052 as Kaijuin's first Mecha. With the image of a western girl with dinosaur features (such as claws and a tail), she was built to look attractive as well as be a defense Mecha for Japan. She is still obviously a robot, as evidenced by the robotic joints and her inner compartments which are open to tourists, she is still loved by the people of Japan. This in turn has made her fall in love with the people, and she has made it her personal goal to protect as many people as possible.

Bio: Inspired from famous Japanese icon, Ghidorah, Bottorah was the second Mecha made by Kaijuin. Made to cash in on the success of Botzilla, Bottorah was also programmed with a resentment of Botzilla to create a rivalry relationship between them for marketing purposes. However this has resulted in Bottorah hating anything that Botzilla loves, including humans. Bottora sees humans as inferior specs and secretly wishes she could break from the control of Kaijuin and leave humanity to their doom.

Sides: Good
Bio: Inspired from famous Japanese icon, Mothra, MothBot is the third and latest Mecha made by Kaijuin. After ratings saw the decline in popularity of Botzilla and Bottorah, MothBot was created to add a new character to the dynamic, with mixed results. She is also the only one of Kaijuin's Mecha made without any way for humans to control. The official reason given was to test how such a Mecha would operate, but in reality it was because the scientist in charge of her development fell in love with Mothbot's ai during development and didn't want her to be controlled by anyone. Since then, MothBot only protects Japan from invaders to protect the scientist that she secretly loves and gave her her freedom.
