You blink as the door opened revealing "mama": a anthropomorphic horse. Blinking you instinctively try to stand to get a better look at her, only for your new body, the spongy crib mattress, and the diaper pushing your legs apart to conspire against you. AS you try to stand up rapidly you almost immediately lose your balance and start to fall.
A hand suddenly cups your back stopping you and you grab onto the crib rails for balance. You follow the hand, now gently rubbing your back, up to the mare who was giggling. Good morning pumpkin! She had a soft honey brown coat which faded to white around her hands and hooves and her face. She looked to be in her mid to late twenties from what you could guess. She was wearing a night robe and her dark hair was done up in a pony tail. You had to snicker at that bit.
