Over the next few hours the alien creature swelled the womens belly. It's form splitting into two separate entities. Thanks to it's liquid nature it was able to compact itself inside of it's hosts womb. Leaving her looking heavily pregnant but not obscenely so. Her belly a perfect somewhat perky sphere jutting from her abdomen.
Through a mix of hormones and repetitive commands Karise wandered toward her car. The creature needed more of her species to reproduce. Her body was always fertile he could tell. Able to produce young anytime of the year and thus perfect for reproduction.
As they traveled down the highway her belly lurched and swelled once more. A third life splitting off to join it's siblings. The women massaged her swollen orb smiling to herself as her 'child' continued to feed and grow inside her.
She felt the unmistakable urge to spread her newfound young. With three of them inside she needed a place that would ensure multiple fertile of age human females. Thus she was commanded to search out such a place. Looking around Karin settled on a sign that would lead her to the closest destination.
