Get a fire going its freezing in here!!

"dam..it even colder down here then was with the window open" rubbing her arms before looking back at fireplace. "yeah a fire sounds good right about now"
waddling over she began to place nearby logs into it and found a match getting a roaring fire providing as much heat as possible. sighing in relief V then sat next to Danny on the couch as she rubbed her belly as junior, as she now called it, made bulges in her skin. for the past few minutes the only sounds were the crackling of the fire and strong wind outside as it blowed against the house, groaning as she moved V slipped out the coat as she got up again stretching out her arms as she stood in front of the fire as well as causing her breasts and junior to jiggle a bit as her skin warmed up. the fire illuminates the room casing long shadows against the far wall....
“Hmmmm” V turns to see Danny holding her head as the daze wore off till she finally opened her eyes, “well welcome back to the world of the living” getting Danny’s attention, seeing her expression change from confusion to shock and finally realization was almost funny but to V. thou she guessed this should be normal at this point as she giggled while she rubbed a bulge.
“Come on Danny all that weird stuff should still be implanted in your brain by this point…I mean come on this little sucker moved between all of us…..” She fell short as she reminded herself how she ended up like this and stayed silent for a few seconds before looking back at Danny who again held her side in pain “god feels like I was used like a rag doll” groaning as she rocked her head back and forth before finally trying to get off the couch.
Wobbling as she stood “wow careful now” V reaching out to grab Danny’s shoulder to steady her as the daze left her. Pushing her arm away “ok ok I’m fine am not a wimp….” Danny said with more focus in her eyes before they trailed to downward at first they lingered on V’s belly that nearly pressed against then to her breasts. V saw where she was looking before she smiled nervously “well at least your not bell bottomed no more right” her corny humor made Danny crack a smile as she cupped one of her breasts failing to even hold a majority of it.
her smile quickly faded as she started to take in her surroundings, her hand not moving as she looking around before stopping as the curtain covered glass door. “….V….what the hell is going on…..I thought we were in the bedroom?….why’s the front door covered in that?” gesturing to said door
gesturing to said door that was coated in some sort of gooey mass that hardened into a rocky mass that piled up against the door, it was sort've like the stuff as seen in the Alien Franchise movies. further evidence was seen as more of the stuff travelled along the walls around them only in thinner quantity that all seemed to be directly moving towards three specific area's of interest which just to happen to be their rooms that they retired in before all of THIS.
whatever else Veronica was about to do or think was interrupted as a loud and shaking pounding of the front door caught their attention *BAM! BAM! BAM!* Veronica and Danny jumped from their position on the couch in fright, they turned to the front door that shook violently from it's hinges as whatever was out there was intent on getting in here.
The two girls tried to sink lower into the couch as the poundings never ceased, crippling fear ate at them as it was to the thing within Veronica's womb that quivered with fear, so much so that Veronica on instinct held her largely pregnant abdomen in a motherly way as she watched the hardened material that served as a barricade against the door started to develop cracks on it's mass.
The banging's became more violent and fanatic until the front door swung open with shattered bits of the hardened goo flying in all directions, harsh winds from outside blew in, killing nearly all warmth in the house and nearly extinguishing the fire that desperately tried to protect them from the freezing killer.
yet despite all that, Veronica and Danny's eye's never left the front door that hung loosely from it's hinges as it's wooden frame was dented in by the unknown being standing in their doorway, hidden by the shadows of outside as the light from the fireplace failed to penetrate the veil that swallowed it.
Veronica and Danny soon came to know what sort've creature stood before them as it walked into the light to reveal....?
