You had no idea what to do. You could not leave the inn because of the weather, but there were no rooms available. You turn to leave and slam into a massive male griffin. They towered over you at more than seven feet tall. The griffin's gaze meets yours, and you stumble backward landing on the hard floor. The golden-furred titan extends a claw and helps you to your feet. You scramble away once more, however, the griffin seizes you by the shoulder. You're going to die was the only thought running through your head.
"I overheard you need a room for the night, and we are willing to share our room with you. By the way, my name is Noel."
Sharing a room with someone sounds intriguing. Noel mentioned "our room" does he already have a roommate? You felt bad about intruding on them. This was your best chance to solve your dilemma, so you had no other option. You grab the griffin's claw and give it a firm shake to seal the impromptu deal. Noel grabs his key, and you follow him up to the room on the second floor of the inn. You noticed the key had the number 210 engraved on the front. The trip upstairs was uneventful. The sight outside the room shocked you. Noel's roommate stood by the door.
