This was the life, for as far back as anyone could remember, the boys of the town had been bullying the girls; it didn't matter who, where, or what age; a young boy might give his mother swirlies while she's trying to teach him how to use the toilet; a teacher might wedgie his female students for getting in trouble, forgetting homework, or for no reason at all; and a boy would take every chance he got to bully a girl, anything wedgies, swirlies, noogies, wet willies, spankings, and anything else you could imagine.
In spite of all this, women were not seen as any less than men; they still gained positions of power and were still seen with respect and listened to most of the time, for instance when they weren't gargling toilet water or having their underwear stretched so far up their asses they could taste them.
The squealing cries of the cheerleader getting dragged by her panties behind him were music to Steven's ears. He gave another sharp tug on her panties, eliciting another set of pained howls from the poor girl as he dragged her by her underwear into the boys' bathroom. The brown-haired boy dragged the bawling, thrashing girl past a couple of the stalls, past a dorky-looking guy spanking a sobbing girl with her head in the toilet, pulling her over to the filthy toilet, where he wasted no time in dunking the poor girl's head into it. "How's the toilet soup today, Jess?" Steven let out a chuckle as Jessica let out a few muffled gargles from the unflushed toilet. There was just something about seeing this pretty girl forced to gargle other people's waste that he loved, which is why he made a point to make time in his day to give the cute cheerleader a swirlie in the grossest toilet he could find. Some day maybe he'd ask her out, but for now he was content to just keep giving her her daily toilet dunking.
