Rosario+Vampire is either a harem series that gets more action scenes as time goes on or an action series that starts off really slow and mostly has harem scenes as either a way to pass the time or for humor. Ordinary human guy goes to an academy because his dad found a form or a pamphlet. Once there, he discovers that it is a school for Monsters, and any human discovered there is to be killed. He lives and winds up befriending and winning the love of two vampires, a succubus, a Yuki-onna, and two witches. Possibly also another vampire and a siren as well.
The succubus and vampires have a hypnosis ability that the Gwendys can use, once they somehow take over their minds. They can also either somehow take over the witches' minds or merely steal their potion books to turn the monsters or human into either slaves or whatever the gwendys want.

Ah! My goddess is a slice of life series, where an ordinary guy (Keiichi Morisato) gets a wish from a goddess(Belldandy). He wishes for her to be by his side. As time passes, her sisters come to live with them(Urd and Skuld). Don't worry, there's only a romantic scenes between Keiichi and Belldandy.
There's a few demons who try to separate Keiichi and Belldandy. They are connected with Urd, though. Mainly because Urd has a different mother than Belldandy and Skuld. There's Mara, who's an old friend of Urd and Hild, whose Urd's mother. Mara tends to be a buttmonkey and Hild seems to not really win because either she's not really interested or because her real goal is to spend time with her daughter.
As for what the Gwendys can do here to the goddesses, Skuld is a genius with machines. She's even invented machines that the goddesses can use their powers with! Like a power booster! So the Gwendys can hack the goddesses into Gwendy-fied versions of themselves and then to go on and do the same with the demons.
