Alright, let's go for one that takes from a number of plots of Totally Spies.
Someone becomes the CEO of GloboTech through inheritance. They decide to reuse the X-1000 Chip to have their own special Gwendys. Perhaps they were a fan of Gwendys, perhaps they thought that the Gwendys would be great advisers for how to sell Gwendys.
After some time, either the person or the Gwendys decide to.... what else... Take over the planet and make it a Gwendy world!
However, their first Targets are WOOHP and most importantly, the Spies and everyone around them!
Will the Gwendys decide to make the Spies into human Gwendys or settle for making them into the Gwendys' playthings?
Speaking of that, what is the relationship between the Gwendys' owner and the Gwendys?
Is it one where the Gwendys adore their owner? Do the Gwendys desire to dominate their owner? Or do the Gwendys simply don't care much about their owner, only their pleasure and desires?
Or was the owner the first one to become a human Gwendy?

Here's a second plot.
WOOHP was in charge of disposing the various destroyed Commando Elite and Gwendys after the events of Small Soldiers.
however, due to a mixup, The Gwendys were accidentally taken away from the disposal room, repaired and upgraded, and sent to the spies as a gift.
