Momo put the kit-bashed vaguely-military doll in her purse.
The heir to the Yaoyorozu company headed to a store, where she bought some batteries, food, and a number of snacks.
Once Momo came back to the dorm and delivered the bags to Mina, she sought out Mei.
Momo's first choice was to check out the the inventing rooms and listened for the explosions.
At the first explosion, Momo knocked on the door.
Within a few moments, Mei showed up. "Hello! Wha- Momo Yaoyorozu? What brings you here?"
Momo took out the doll from her purse and said, "I believe this belongs to you."
Mei received the doll and studied it, replying, "I didn't invent this. Looks like A Gwendy doll, but modified..."
"Oh?" Momo uttered as Mei walked in the inventing lab. Momo followed after her.
Mei took apart the Gwendy Doll in a matter of moments and continued, "Looks like it has been modified to be able to move on its own power and appears to have the X-1000 chip, which despite how it can seriously upgrade anything it has been installed in, has a serious weakness to E..M..P.s, even more so than normal chips."
"Hatsume?" Momo asked.
"Equipped weapons are close-ranged, but suggests they were taken from whatever available materials..." Mei muttered before getting shaken by Momo.
"Hatusume! if you didn't invent this, then who did?" Momo asked.
"I don't know, but I doubt this is the only one. Where did you find her? If there's more, we might be able to find out who made them," Mei asked.
"I found the doll outside the dorm," Momo answered.
Mei grabbed Momo and dragged her off, exclaiming, "Then adventure awaits, Yaoyorozu!"

They found three more dolls, but each was in really poor condition. the two ladies took the dolls back to the inventing room.
"Looks like the bodies are damaged from being out in the weather for too long...." Mei muttered with a frown on her face. She hooked the four dolls up to a terminal as she said, "Let's check the programming, see if it is still readable... If nothing else, I'll be able to re-program them into my new assitants."
An idea hit Mei, making her grin and say, "Hey, Yaoyorozu..."
"What is it, Hatsume?" Momo asked.
"Let's have a contest, repairing the bodies of the gwendy dolls. You use your quirk, while I use whatever is around my lab. Winner gets to keep the Gwendys!" Mei answered.
Momo pondered Mei's words.
