I notice Alice starting to get a bit bigger

About 6 months had gone by since the shoving incident. I came in from soccer practice and Mom and Alice were at the table eating dinner. I sat down next to Alice and got a plate to eat. As Alice was stabbing her food with her fork i could not help but notice she didn't look quite a scrawny as before. Her arms were a little thicker and popping with a little muscle as she stabbed her food. I was a pretty skinny guy but her arms looked to be around the size of mine maybe...or maybe not quite but still. "So Matt, Mom has really been training me for soccer and i tried out and guess what' she said smiling. "What' i said. "I did so good i am going to be playing with the 12 and 13 year olds' she said. 'Congrats pipsqueak' i said to her. "Matt she is still only 8 years old and the same size as some of those much older girls....you can't even tell she is younger than them...so you can drop the pipsqueak' My mom said in a stern voice. "It's Ok mom, he is insecure because he is so small for his age' Alice said. I punched her in the arm. "Matt!' my mom yelled. Alice punched me back in the arm and it hurt, like really really bad. i rubbed my arm. "i punch back Matt' Alice said and got up and scooted to the other side of mom. I got up as if to chase her. "Matt, you are really gonna fight your 8 year old sister' my mom said. The sound of that in my ears seemed pathetic. Mom told us to clear the table and be nice. As we put dishes in the sink i noticed she seemed taller. She was now 4'11 and up to my mouth in height. "You know i am almost 5 feet tall now'' she said. "Key word, almost' i said back to her. i kept washing dishes and Alice disappeard for a few moments and then i felt a tap on my shoulder. It was Alice standing awkwardly in a pair of moms heels and now 5'2 while in them. Mom saw this and said..."dang Matty, she is almost as tall as you now' . I was disgusted "yeah, if she cheats" i said pointing to the heels.
