About an hour into your trek, the natural scent of the deciduous trees that lined the road began to fade, and was replaced by a much more curious scent. You felt the need to stop and inhale more deeply to get a feel for the scent. Was it lavender? No, it's much too sweet for lavender. Honeysuckle? No, it's not intense. You went through the list of flowers and herbs you were familiar with, but there wasn't a single one that had a scent that matched this. You sniffed at the air (your mother always said you had the nose of a bloodhound) and found that the source of the alluring scent seemed to be coming from the left of the path. You took some steps from the path, but you couldn't see anything that would produce such a lovely scent. You took a few more paces, but to no avail. The source must be a good distance away from the path. Straying that far from the path is basically asking to encounter a monster girl, but there's something about that scent that's driving you batty, as if your body was being compelled to trek towards its source...

1. You continue to walk towards the scent...

2. You get ahold of yourself and continue towards your destination.
