Jason couldn't wait to tell somebody about the cards that he just got at the shop. As he sat in the seat of his family's SUV staring out the window watching the landscape go quickly go by, Jason could only imagine what would happen with the cards. Looking back down at his lap, he read the back of the box to see a small amount of rules written there. He started to read them, well the best he could since the font of the letters kept getting smaller as the words went down the back of the box.
Congratulations to you the owner of this magnificent and life changing deck of cards. To make your games more enjoyable, please follow the rules to help make your transformations a good time
.
- The winner of each game will be able to swap anything with one of the losers.
- The winner will have 1 minute to choose before a random swap will take place.
Jason kept on reading and he felt his heartbeat getting faster as he kept reading until he heard somebody breathing behind him. He looked over to see both of his sisters reading the box with him. "What are you guys doing?" He asked quietly to the both of them as he tried to hide the box under his leg.
"Where did you get that?" Julia asked as she tried to reach for the box so that she could read it.
"Who cares where he got it, I doubt it's real." Sarah scoffed as she sat back in her seat and began to look back out the window. "I think it's just a big waste of money."
"What if it was real?" Julia asked quietly to her sister. "I could be taller and the star of the basketball team." She thought to herself out loud.
"It's real." Jason told them, as if he was trying to convince himself to the fact. "At least I hope they are."
"What's that?" Emily asked as she turned around from the passenger seat to see what her kids were talking about.
"Oh, Jason got this deck of cards that can swap stuff around." Julia blabbed, but soon found her brother's hand covering her mouth.
"Let me see them." Emily groaned as she held out her hand for her son to pass up the deck of cards. She always felt protective for her kids and always wanted to make sure that they weren't being made a fool of. Jason sighed as he gave her the deck of cards. She looked them over and handed them back. "I think you were had, honey." She laughed as she turned back to the road.
"No, they're real." Jason protested as he put the cards back into his pocket.
"Fine, when we get back home, we all can spend time together and play a game, hmm?" She put her light purple sunglasses back on her face as she looked out the window.
