Young witches took notice of Joe.

As you lead Joe to the nearest building, which was administrations, you became aware that your presence was drawing a small crowd of new students. Joe noticed this as well and was becoming visibly nervous. You took Joe's hand and silently urged him to walk faster. While he followed with a quicker pace, you could hear some of the comments the new students were making behind you.

"That's Joe Mage, the heir to the throne of mad scientists!" Whispering, one student remarked. "What is he doing here at Cauldron Academy?!"

"That must be his sister, Gina Mage." Also whispering, another student said. "I heard she was last year's top student, breaking all records."

A third student giggled. "She must have talked him into considering this school." Bemused, she whispered. "We may get another student before classes begin."

"Say nothing, Joe." Carefully whispering, you warned.

Albeit reluctantly, Joe remained silent despite comments from the young witch students they passed and followed you into the administrations building where you found the head witch, Ella Mist talking with the head of administrations. Ella Mist, your grandmother, was a tall, slender woman with long black hair and fiery hazel eyes. She wore a flattering black dress and high heels that seemed to make no noise when she walked. The head of administrations, Miss Dust was a short, slightly plump woman with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes. She wore a suit dress that flattered her figure. The two stopped talking upon seeing you enter. Miss Dust seemed surprised where Ella merely smiled kindly.

"Good afternoon, Gina, Joe." Smiling, Ella said. "This is a pleasant surprise."

"The recruiters started on Joe early." Wincing, you explained. You then smiled, adding, "He had questions the brochures could not answer and decided to visit here first."

"A very wise choice, if I may say so." Grinning, Miss Dust said. "Our school, although only for girls, offers an education and benefits that will greatly outweigh anything you may lose through a change in gender."

"With all due respect, I am here for a tour, Miss Dust." Firmly but kindly, Joe said. "I am looking for the facts, not a sales pitch."

"I am pleased to see that you are as cautious but not as blunt as your father." Smiling, Ella said. "I do believe a tour can be easily arranged."

"I would be honored to personally lead your tour." Offering, Miss Dust said.

"You offer is appreciated." Calmly, Ella said. "However, I believe it is in everyone's best interest if I conduct the tour myself."

"I respectfully request the honor, madam head witch." Bowing slightly, Miss dust said. "I vow not to fail you of this school..."

"Um... what's going on?" Confused, Joe asked in a whisper.

You held back a giggle. "They're arguing over who is going to give you the tour." Bemused, you whispered back. "It's not often the 'prince' of all mad scientists requests a tour of witch school."

"So its political..." Rolling his eyes, Joe whispered. "Great..."

You smiled, having thinking the same thing less than an hour before and watched as Ella and Miss Dust politely argued who would give you the tour..."

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Ella pulls rank and wins.

*Noteb*
2. Miss Dust is given the honor.

3. You are given the honor.

*Noteb*
4. Joe wanders off.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
