This apartment is a bit nicer than the others, while still maintaining its high affordability.
It has a large living room with a fancy modern couch, an armchair and a large tv on the wall, plus large library and a stereo.The kitchen is wide, with a last generation cooker and fridge, and a long glass table in the rare occasion there was a guest (always brought by Sakura). The best thing for all three of these roommates was the presence of a bedroom for everyone, and all of them with a window with a view on the main street!

-An half japanese woman and the owner of the apartment, she inherited it from her aunt. She's been living there since she was 25
-She works in a discount supermarket, usually doing night shifts
-She's a cleaning maniac, and doesn't tolerate even a scrap of paper on the floor
Lily Monet
-Age: 25
-Blonde hair and blue eyes
-Weight: 95 pounds (tends to gain everywhere)
-A tiny girl of french origins who works as employee in a business company in Valentine
-She can work at home at the computer, and has the hobby of playing videogames, meaning she spends most of her times in her room
-Is very very shy, and rarely talks
Margaret Mckenzie
-Age: 26
-Blonde hair and green eyes
-Weight: 105 pounds (tends to gain in her belly)
-A vain woman from a rich family.
-Since she was too spoiled, her parents forced her to live on her own and prevented her to use money until she would grow up
-Even after a few months have passed since she lost her family money, she still acts as if she was rich
-Works in Valentine's biggest clothing shop
