Jake hadn't been told a lot about this place, just that it was an interesting an legal way to earn money. His friend told him that his brother had used it to pay off student loans and he himself used it to cover the rent for the next college semester. The way it had been described is it was like paid marketing or experiments. The second one made sense as it was relatively close to the campus and some science majors interned here during the summer break.
When he read the brochure he couldn't believe what the clinic was actually offering. They claimed that they were capable of switching people's bodies and with that capability they offered several unique services.
Jake skimmed through the initial parts of the brochure, reading the mission statement and how their goal is to find the right body for the right person. It mentioned their history and how the the processed work but there was a lot of jargon and Jake was more curious on the services themselves.
Selling

There are two ways to sell your body. 1) To the clinic directly or 2) to a prearranged buyer.
1) By choosing to sell directly to us, we will work with you to decide a fair and reasonable price. You will also be granted a new body free of charge.
2) When selling to a prearranged buyer all arrangements on your end are to be made with the buyer directly. All fees will be paid by the buyer.
By agreeing to sell your body you agree to wave all autonomy rights to that body.
Buying
We thank you for choosing us to find the right body for you.
Here we offer two services for buying a new body. You can either choose from our catalogue of bodies* or use our body switching services to finalize a private sale for the one time fee of $5,000**
*Supplies may be limited
**We are not liable for this sale; the service fee is non refundable
You may also choose to buy a new life*. When buying a new life you agree to surrender all current assets and pay the difference between them and the seller's assets**
*Due to legal issues this service is unavailable to those with outstanding debts or current legal battles
**If your assets are greater than the sellers, you will not receive compensation.
Trading
Our trading services allow for people to temporarily swap bodies to experience life from a different perspective. Here at the clinic you may either become a renter or loan our your body. We also offer a private trading service*
Renters may chose from our catalogue of loaner bodies** to rent out for a short period of time, this can be just the body or entire life***
When offering to loan out our body**** we will work with you to work out the rate and duration that best suits you.
*We are not reliable for any issues with the trade.
**The renter accepts the loaner body gets their body for the duration of the trade.
***The renters and loaners are responsible for all damages during a trade.
****The loaner waves all rights to decide who gets their body
