Trish wanted to see how long she could push this before it got brought up in open conversation and they asked her to change them back. As far as she knew none of them knew about the other's change. She thought for sure they'd noticed that they weren't the only one having their period but one of them faked a stomach bug and the other two claimed they must've also caught it. So they each thought that the other two were sick and that it was the perfect cover for them. Trish might've cemented that belief further by claiming she was also sick. Though she was sure Mike and Jake would've at least figured it out, given they share a room.
At first Trish wondered even if they figured out everyone now had a vulva if they would realise she was the one behind it. It would've actually been easy to do if they actually sat down and talked about it. Given that she had bought extra tampons and only kept one pack out, using the others to top it up to hide how many had actually been taken. She had also taken over buying bathroom supplies so the others didn't realise how much more toilet paper they had been going through. Or that she had put up the toilet seat.
Actually that was one of the reasons that she decided to keep them this way for a little bit longer. Not only did she want to see how far she could push this, someone had copied her trick and began leaving the toilet seat up again, further hiding that they all had to sit now. So the whole point of doing this had been undone.
A part of her had considered to make things permanent as it made no difference to her what they had; after all half the population had a vulva. Though she knew that it would affect future relationships and she even wondered how she'd react to discovering the guy she was dating had a vulva, only for the thought to turn her on. They could still have kids too... just not the way they were expecting. Keeping them like this also meant she didn't need to concern herself with her room-mates genitals, something she had thought of a little too much.
Though she also knew it would be wrong to do so, but she wasn't ready to change them back yet. She decided that at her next salon appointment she'd discuss it with the person who gave her the amulet or wait until one of them asked to have it back.
