You woke up with a groan. Damn light, burning your eyes and forcing you to open them. When you opened them, you realized something was amiss, but you couldn't figure out what. Wait... this wasn't your house. And why was everything so big?
You tried to move your arms, but you couldn't. Your legs were the same. You noticed that they were tied up. The only thing you could move was your head. And you were inside of the kind of see-through box that served to confine any kind of lab rat. And, out of that box, you saw that you were in some kind of laboratory.
You freaked out. Shrunk, and possibly used as fodder for who-knows-what kind of experiments? What kind of sick bastard could orchestrate this? You don't remember pissing off anyone who could do this. Your thoughts started to go from one theory to another, some quite wild, from some shady operation from the government to Deep Web-related business. "Man, I spend too much time on the Internet", you thought at the last one.
The sound of thundering tremors brought you out of your thoughts. What could be their source? Wait, you were shrunk, so... maybe they were footsteps. And they were making their path towards you. "Time to see who's the mastermind" you muttered.
"I see you're awake. Good. This will save some time"
That voice... You heard it somewhere, but you couldn't put your finger on it. It was a female voice, a familiar one.
"I was just minding my business, when I found you passed out on the ground. Imagine my surprise when I saw the object of my attention to be a shrunk human. And here I was having a bland, boring day, and then I found you, apparently from nowhere."
When she opened the box, and brought you to her face, you remembered. She was Android 21, from that DBZ game! And you were found by her? Talking about bad luck.
Android 21 smirked, seeing you so scared. "Now then...
