You rub your head, feeling unsure. Where were you, and why did the sun have to be so bright? You start moving yourself up, going into a sitting position with your head in your hands.
“Ahh, this is the worst way to wake up.” Little did you know how accurate this was. You go ahead and open your eyes wide. Opening your eyes and seeing, feathers?
A lot of feathers, attacked to a white body. You slowly look yourself up seeing... a chicken.
You and the bird look at each other, as you only took note of what was in front of you, rather than the world around you. This bird, it was giant. One of it’s white feathers would be around your size.
*Coo*” The bird turned it’s head. Now of course, dealing with a chicken that is big enough to eat you, you get more and more worried.
Going onto your feet and slowly backing up. When dealing with a giant beast, you go slow. No sudden movements.
Well as you took a step back, the bird took it’s talon forward and was leaning in slowly.
Crap, it’s actually gonna eat you! You turn your way around and sprint from the chicken, sprinting far which... let’s face it didn’t work.
Cause the bird easily stayed on your tail, going to pluck you with it’s beak! What nightmare did you wake up on.
You were in a large forest, a path straight through and towering trees around. Were you shrunken down! Well regardless, you need to keep running!
You were having a terrible day in this forest, but you weren’t the only one. Cause not so far away, there was a young girl looking at a map with something clear to her.
“I’m lost.” She said to herself. Sighing and looking down at the map, she had no idea where she was. There was a forest to the side, but she was pretty sure she wasn’t there. It was too far out of the way. So where was she? Linkle walked around more and more, turning the map seeing that if she looked at it from a different direction maybe it would help. Linkle was really terrible with directions. The ‘Hero’ needed to go back to Hyrule Castle, an-
She stopped, cause she heard some rusting in some bushes. Getting ready, she lowered the map and rested a hand on her duel crossbows. Of course not pulling it out just yet, but getting ready for what was coming. She’s taken down armies, so this shouldn’t be that hard.
And then, she saw a Minish and a Cucco running their way out.
As for you, this creature was relentless! You ran and moved your way around, through flowers, through trees, through grass, through bushes! This stupid bird was relentless. You could swear it was just playing with you, maybe the fact that you are scared makes you taste better.
Well after jumping through a bush you turn your head. Seeing a blonde girl with green clothes. She kinda looks like...
*Coo*
“Go away!” You shout back to the bird as you twist and run your way over to her. She was watching this scene, so she was your best chance for survival! “Help! Please help!”
Linkle saw the Minish running her way to her. She worked with Cucco back at home, and she knew that if you riled one up, well you were in for the worst. She watched as the Minish ran and jumped onto her shoe, holding onto it looking to her for protection.
“Please!”
Okay, Linkle did have to giggle at how afraid this Minish was, it was kinda cute. Raising one of her crossbows, she shot a bolt right in front of the bird. DO, NOT, HIT, IT.
Doing this, the Cucco saw it wasn’t get you and turned away, flapping it’s way into the bushes.
You breath a giant sigh of relief, on the shoe of this giant girl you can’t believe you almost died VIA chicken.
You were gonna thank her, until a hand came and gripped you. Pulling you up as you panic.
“W-Woah!” You shout as you get pulled up, fingers and hand all around you. Until you were brought in front of a very pretty face.
“Don’t worry, the Cucco is gone.”
“C-Cucco?” The chicken from Zelda. That wasn’t one, although it looked exactly like one....
“So you are safe little Minish.”
“Y-You aren’t a Minish though. That’s not real. It’a from... Zelda.
“My name is Linkle, you aren’t hurt are you?”
Okay, you are in the world of Zelda.
“A-Am I in Hyrule?” You wonder to her as she giggled.
“Aww, yep you are. My turn, am I in the Minish Forest. I assume so because of you, but i’m a bit lost.” She said to you with a smile.
“S-Sorry Linkle. Let me just... what?” You were stunned, eyes wide as you didn’t know how to feel. You were in Zelda! Although, you didn’t know there was a female Link. Was this actually the hero of time, or a fan? She doesn’t have the Master Sword, so you can’t be sure.
“Well, you saved me so you are my hero.” You say to yourself. Hearing this she smiled wide.
“Aww, thank you!” She said. As for the girl who believes herself to be the reincarnated Hero, and left her home as a Shepard to chase this hero dream, she was happy to be called one. “So little minish, do you know how to get out of here?”
“N-Not really.” You say honestly to her. “And i’m not a Minish. See, no pointy ears.”
Linkle leaned her way in and saw this. “You’re right! And I can see you too. I thought I was just more childish than I thought.” She giggled at this. “So you are a tiny Hylian.”
“H-Human.” You correct to her. “And i’m lost too.”
“Oh, well I guess __________”
