As she finished giving "minor" upgrades to every beast and creature she encountered, Midna could not shake the feeling that she was being watched. Someone sneaky enough to make a goddess work to find them. Now this would be an impressive foe. Of course the would be assassin didn't realize that Midna saw him, but it hardly mattered. With a snap of her fingers he immediately stopped caring about the strange powerful woman he was trailing for a while and returned to his hideout. Midna silently followed, keeping herself in complete secrecy. It wouldn't be long before she saw the hideout in the desert. Such soldiers would be ideal minions for her. Of course she would need to fix them up a bit to suit her moods. Perhaps add some more diverse units to their ranks to suit her needs and wants.
But as she looked down at them, she contemplated the other possibilities for this world. After all, the hero likely wouldn't go here for some time. Perhaps now would be the best time to explore the other races like the Zora. Another thing which caught her eye was a fairy fountain in the nearby desert. Though waning, Midna could sense an immense power within. Something she could easily make use of. But which will she do now?
