In the Mushroom Kingdom, on the grounds of Peach's castle, two royal women were strolling about the garden. One of those women was none other than Princess Peach herself, easily recognizable with her long blonde hair and pink dress. Walking beside her, with brown hair and distinctive yellow dress, was the princess of the kingdom of Sarasaland, Daisy. Both had been victims of kidnapping at some point by tyrannical leaders with dreams of grandeur. Mario himself had been their savior at those times, and their mutual circumstances had brought about the beginning of their friendship. Now the two met fairly regularly, whether for some tea, a match of tennis or even for one of Mario's parties. Today's meeting had been one of leisure, just a friendly visit that led to a conversation in the royal garden.
"That tea was pretty awesome, Peach." Daisy complimented.
Peach smiled and nodded her head gently. "Thank you. I'm afraid I can't take credit for it though. Toadsworth grew and made the blend himself."
Daisy seemed impressed. "Man, Peach. Your toads are pretty rad. They're a pretty inventive bunch. They seem to be able to do everything around here."
Peach once again smiled at the compliment. "They do so much for me..."
The pink Princess suddenly stopped, seeming to remember something important. Daisy looked confused, and a little bit concerned. "Everything alright, Peach?"
"Yes," Peach muttered, clearly lost in thought. "Oh, that's right. All this talk about the toads just reminded me. My toad scientists wanted to show me some of their newest developments. They're working on altering a lot of the power up items in the kingdom."
"Hey, that sounds pretty cool!" remarked Daisy.
"You're welcome to join me, if you'd like."
Daisy would have been lying if she said she wasn't the least bit interested...
