Rias reached for the Book only to pull her hand back quickly.
"Wait if Ravel just left it out in the opening she must have planned for some one to come down and take it. So there must be a trap around it" Rias stated to herself.
Rias looked around for anything to hit the book with from a distance of a few feet. She found a broom in the corner of the room. She grabbed it and used the end of the handle to hit the book. When the book move of the counter and plum of gas came from under where the book had been.
"Well that saved me. That gas looks like a stun gas. What would Ravel had done after she found me in the room" Rias said.
Rias picked up the book from the floor where it had fallen. She started to flip thru the pages to see if there was any page marked by Ravel. After flipping thru she came to a page that was marked.
"Well what is this head swapping. Then was she trying to do this with some one. Well not the best spell she could use" Rias spoke to herself.
Rias continued to flip pages and found a few more pages had been marked. The next one was a truth potion, then next one was a slave contract. Rias then looked at the counter and the potions on it.
"Well it looks like this is the truth potion. Maybe we can use this on Ravel to find out what she was planning" Rias said.
Rias reset the trap to release the gas and placed the book back into the spot she found it. She then went back into the hidden area to wait for Ravel to come back.
About ten minutes later Ravel came back into the room. She grabbed the book only for the trap to go off on her. Ravel fell to the ground stunned and trying to figure out what was going on. That was when Rias appeared in her sight. She tried to say something only to fail.
Rias grabbed the truth potion and started to feed it to Ravel.
