"I just wish I understood women!" Tom roared, and the strange rock in his right fist erupted in golden-green light.
Just mere moments after it's discovery on his front porch, Bill Strasserman witnessed the full power of the strange gem that he had no idea was called the Ahn'Ger Stone. His best friend Tom, reeling from a terrible night and trapped in a downward spiral as his on again off again girlfriend Gloria Vanapolous had begun smearing the football star's name all across town and depositing on Tom a world of scorn and verbal abuse.
Not that Tom deserved any of it.
Tom's life had been hell for the past two months following what had seemed like the final break-up between Shermer High's king and queen. It had all started over the fact that Tom simply did not know what Gloria wanted from him. He tried to be more manly, it only ended with him losing a friend and getting a target on his back from the local bully population. He tried to be more sensitive and open up, and Gloria called him a spineless lite worm. Tom didn't wear good enough clothes, he didn't project himself in a manner befitting her boyfriend, a litany of small complaints and enormous gestures of spite had left Tom without a rock to cling to, save for the one currently exploding with light in his balled first.
That was when Tom felt it. The change.
Option 1: Interpreting Tom's wish in a more indirect way, the Ahn'Ger Stone transforms Tom into a female so that he may truly understand women from their perspective.
Option 2: Tom gains the ability to read the minds of women! He attempts to use this power for good, but with no filter and the thoughts penetrating into his mind, what will happen to the disgraced football star?
