The character are age up to highschool age.

Tomoyo had fantasized about Her and Sakura becoming futas , then one day she was exploring an antique store. She found an old blank book , she felt something magical about it.

She bought it and later at night , she began writing a story about her and Sakura becoming futas. After that Tomoyo goes to sleep , what Tomoyo doesn't know that the blank book in The Create Clow card.

The Create Card's power is to make anything that is written in it to come true , so in the morning she fines out she had become a Futa. She rush over to Sakura and fines she also had became a Futa , Tomoyo realized the book can make thing come true.

Deciding to have some fun , she use the book to make other girls futas and some of the boys into girls ( she thought Syaoran dress as the princess as the cutest thing ever).
