Black Kryptonite

Fanfiction writer Rhino/RhinoMouse brought to my attention that not only is Black Kryptonite really bad news (and stupidly easy to make I found) but that it can effect humans as well as Kryptonians. Which for the record is that it splits the affected being into their light and dark halves, like Dr. Jekyll's serum in season 5 and 6 of Once Upon A Time.

With that in mind what if Lena was split by the Black K and then her dark side shrinks not only her lighter self (to stop her interfering as well as take their original's place) but also Kara, Sam and anyone else she desires to make her own.
