Several meals, unexpected but reasonable.

Dora was so hungry all of sudden. being as a tiny newborn made her belly feel empty. she needed food.
So little Dora called her butlers her butlers were surprised to see there mistress was now a tiny adorable newborn in a tight revealing bikini
Dora said in her cute high pitched baby voice "Bring me food! I'm hungry do it now."

So her butlers got to work cooking up a storm. another butler helped take her to the dining room sat her down in a fancy high chair
Soon her food came and Dora was surprised to see they cooked her far more food then she requested. she would of complained but she was so hungry she was happy to see more food.
So Baby Dora dug in grabbing a large burger and stuffing it down her mouth. she then ate a whole plump roast chicken and a big tasty ham. she drank down milkshakes and had a big cake for dessert.

Her little brown tummy swelled in size becoming a big round fat belly that pushed into her fancy table
Her butt grew becoming big and round. and she grew fat little boobs that filled out her bikini top and her face got fat and puffy
After a while of eating Dora was rather fat and......
