How about some scenarios with Mary Margeret/Snow White?
1) Set in before any of the curses The Evil Queen is cooking up a spell for Snow White to get her revenge, its a shrinking spell. The Evil Queen intends to shrink and keep her as her own, to play and to toy with.
2) Set in Storybrooke during the first curse when Snow is now Mary Margret, Regina wants to mess with her so she shrinks MM while she is at school at lunch break. Regina choses if she wants to take MM for herself or leave her for a student.
3) Ruby is currently feeling alone and lonely during her stay at Storybrooke, she finds a shrinking potion that allows her to shrink someone so she decides to use it on MM keeping her as her playmate.
4) Snow White encounters something strange while wandering thought he enchanted forrest, before she can do much about it she gets knocked by it shrinking her to the size of a doll.
