You were on the roof of the lab building, so went to go inside but the door from the roof into the building is locked. Not an issue for someone with your new abilities, and you decide a liquid form might be fun to try, so you melt into mercury metal, a small amount and pour yourself under the door and into the hallway. There's a camera there, so you simply stay small and liquid, pouring yourself down stairs until you reach the right floor and slide into the hallway. The hall is empty, and no camera here, so you shift back, clothes and all, and walk into the lab room where there are all sorts of glassware and lab gear. You sit on the lab bench and consider this...should you really tell Stephanie the truth about your new powers? I mean she is cool as a friend and all, and has been a great lab partner, but this might be too much.
Your thinking is interrupted when she walks in, and smiles "Hey, how's it going? So what did you want to show me that's so cool?" leaning back. She's wearing skinny jeans and a tee, along with mid heel boots. She's attractive, but is into women, so there was never a chance of a romantic relationship between you two, which may have actually helped with your friendship. She's also one of only a few people you've ever told about your fantasy, and she thought it was cool as opposed to be freaky.
Because of this, you smile "What's so cool is, well, me" and you melt right in front of her, turning back into a puddle of mercury, pouring yourself off the lab table as she shouts and jumps back. You pour over toward her and turn into a Louis Vitton bag at her feet "OH MY GOD!" she bends down and slowly picks you up "This....this is you? I.... how, I mean, what....wait" she sets the bag on the lab table "Ok, so guessing you can't talk as a bag, so um....can you turn back, so we can talk?"
