Arya Stark is the polar opposite of a traditional Westerosi lady such as her sister Sansa or Margaery Tyrell. Arya instead opted for the strong independent, tom boy approach choosing a sword and trousers over a sewing wheel and a dress. Regardless, diapers can be worn under both trousers and dresses so she can wear what she likes.
