Inside was a woman. Once the woman heard the door open, she immediately headed for Evelyn. She hugged Evelyn very tightly.
“Hi, it is so nice to meet you,” she said while smiling. “My name is Julie.”
“Hi Julie, I’m Evelyn,” she responded while returning her hug.
She notices that Julie is checking her out, so she does the same. Julie is dark skinned, with long thick brown curls. She has hazel eyes and has some nice curves. She was a bit taller than Evelyn, but that is because she wore heeled boots. She was dressed up and had some makeup on. She wore a beige sweaterdress that reached to her knees. She wore black leather boots that also reached to her knees, so there was barely any skin between her boots and her dress. She wore a golden watch on her wrist and a ring on her left middle finger. She had some designer sunglasses on her curls. Looking a bit past her, a black purse was next to the table that she was seated at.
Evelyn felt a bit embarrassed because she didn’t dress up as much as Julie. She wore a loose fitted shirt that showed her left shoulder. She wore black ripped jeans with black sneakers and white socks. She didn’t wear makeup but she had a golden necklace that displayed her name.
“Shall we go grab a bite?” she suggested.
Evelyn nodded and they went to their table. The entire restaurant was rented out for them so they can talk in peace. A waiter came and took up their orders, a steak with some fries for Evelyn and a caesar salad for Julie. They talked a bit about their lives. Evelyn learned that Julie is 24 years old, vegetarian and works as a teacher in an elite private school. She doesn’t have a boyfriend at the moment and is not really close with her family, luckily Evelyn didn’t have to worry about that. She was wealthier than Evelyn, so that was a definite bonus to her. She also learned that Julie had the same reasons for wanting to swap lives as Evelyn. After a good amount of talking, eating and drinking wine, the waiter came back.
“The night is coming to a close. If you want to swap, there is a back room to do so. Thank you for choosing us” He smiled and walked back into the kitchen.
Julie looked really excited to swap clothes with Evelyn, but she wasn’t so sure about doing this here.
“It would be easier to just go to each other’s places and take the clothes, no?” she asked.
“That is a possibility, but I really want to do this right now” Julie responded.
