You're not interesting in changing someone's age, species, or mind? Okay. How about these?

"Chikururu Adams": Also known as the "Tree of Gum". As long as you don't try to make a chocolate-flavored gum (something about the oil content causing the whole thing to rot and melt), this artificially-created plant sprouts tiny blocks of gum. This gum, when consumed, can alter a wide variety of things from its user, whether it be their state of mind, their weight, etc. This thing appears solely in chapter 128 in the manga and episode 236 in the anime.

"I Can Hear Your Voice Now System": One of my personal favorites of mine that don't involve transforming the victim that was used in episodes such as episode 134. Once this cone-like device is inserted onto someone's head, they are vulnerable to having their bodily movements being remote controlled against their will.
